    What are your Friday lunch plans, AWIMB?

    Friday! That means it's Banh Mi day for me.

    But should I stick to the Saigon barbecued pork or try the chicken? Obviously the tofu can **** right off.

    True. But I don't want her to think I'm boring. I want to mix it up. I think she might do a prawn one as well.

    I'd say that's your best bet.

    I've got chorizo sangers again I'll have them with lettuce. Because I ordered 40 lettuces. For 40 people.

    The chickens will be happy at least. I trust the weather is set fair for festivities?

    They'll only eat lettuce if it's dressed with a good, sharp vinaigrette.

    Chilly and ocassional showers, I believe. We've got a bit of a marquee effort going up, but I'm guessing the kitchen will be quite popular.

    When does this all start? And - crucially - when does it finish?

    Arrivals at 2. Pig should be ready at 5. There's no end in sight as most are staying / camping
