Some observations and thoughts from yesterday.

I'm thinking of falafel in a pita with guacamole from this place directly across from the Cheshire Cheese. Although that might tempt me into a few pints of ale in the Cheshire Cheese instead of going to the gym.

You get both. It is made with hummus in the traditional manner and then topped up with a bit of guacamole because guacamole is delicious and adds to the falafel experience. You have to go early doors if you want guacamole because they run out of it sharpish such is the demand.
