    No, this is some actual cider I made. It's about 7%. You're supposed to leave it in the bottle for a few months to get better, but fück that. If it's too rough, I'll just mull the fùcker.

    Were you planning to go to the dentist before you drank the rhubarb stuff or did it melt your teeth?

    Actually, the rhubarb stuff wasn't too strong as I stopped fermentation early using a Campden tablet. It was really just a mildly alcoholic brew and actually quite pleasant in the end.

    The cider I have allowed to run its course. 7% is a conservative estimate, as I didnt measure its specific gravity when it went in. It was made with sweet apples, so the sugar content was very high. That's all turned into alcohol now.

    It is proper brain damage stuff.

    I have a glass demijohn from which I might swig it like a hillbilly drinking moonshine. And when I'm finished I can blow into the jug and make music.
