I actually love T20. Always thought I would hate it; not cricket and a' that.

But it's actually really good fun. And really good cricket.

As I've said recently, it's grown on me and I enjoy it. Never beat test cricket though.

50 over and the 100 can do one but apparently the 100 is going to be converted to a T20 in the next couple of years, hence the investment from the various IPL teams/owners.

I dont like it much. But people seem to, so fair enough. The players love it.

Exactly. Nothing can beat test cricket. But maybe those endless student Summers watching every ball on the Beeb are over. Similarly at school, listening to the Ashes all night and then in the morning, the housemaster asking you to present your hand for your punishment before cheekily demanding a rundown of the scorecard.

So long as there is something in it for the bowlers - as their has been in this tournament.

Zero enjoyment in watching batsmen thump it over the rope continutously - may as well just set up bowling machines and each side pick 11 batters.
