The crux of the issue is that's she's a rubbish pundit. Consistently demonstrated that when she had her chance and also just comes across as a deeply unpleasant person. To say she doesn't help herself is an enormous understatement.

And the argument that men shouldn't be pundits on the women's game would be stronger if they didn't keep shoehorning female pundits into the men's game.

I'm sure we'd all be happy to settle for that compromise, but you cant have it both ways.

Face like a slapped @rse tbh. Look at the entitled body language on her. Reminds me of Laura James in that respect. Rancid..

I think people need to make that distinction between hosting and punditry too. Thon feller on MOTD 2 has probably never kicked a ball but does a fair job anchoring and asking questions. Likewise, Kelly Cates and Gabby Yorath.

    I have a solution.

Only female commentators and pundits allowed for women's football and only male commentators and pundits allowed for men's football.

    Everybody wins

Well, as Laura Woods points out, if you want to grow the women's game then you need boys and men to get interested and that's helped by having respected male players as pundits. Also, IWWW has championed women's football for years, what Aluko though she would gain by going after him, God only knows.

Helps that both their Dad's were (very good) professional players. Kate Abdo, Laura Woods and the lady that hosts a lot of women's football and the odd championship match are all very good. Izzie Christiansen and her moon face can do one and Sue Smith with her dreadful hair and pen waving descriptions can also bugger off.
