WHU-MC injury time. The board said 4 mins. Looking at the BBC text, it says:

92' someone has a head injury and game is stopped for a concussion check
93' Pep moaning that it's taken away their momentum but they have to stop the game in those circs cos of the rules
94' game is going again and something else happened.

So the delay was somewhere between 1 and 3 mins. So the game should have ended after 95-97'.

Yet it goes on to 99'. Is Pep-time a thing like Fergie-time?

No. Because it didn't work. Fergie-time ended with a goal

I get that but you know what I mean. 4 mins added time, a concussion check that lasted about two mins and they play 99 mins. That's a joke. Imagine if Guelhi had scored that chance after 98 mins?

Yeah, that happens. But he didn't

I had no idea it was happening because I went out and had a hot dog

I glanced at the score on BBC text after about 70 mins. And then after 80 or so. And read the text from 92' onwards. That's how I knew. It said there'd be 4 mins of extra time, and I watch the minutes in the live scorecard up top get to 98. It's a joke.
