Oh, as an aside, I got a packet of cheese'n'onion Discos last night.

Glw wanted a beer driving back from the supermarket nd I know she likes her crisps, but I only like cheese'n'onion.

They didn't have Smiths Square but when I found those Discos, I thought oooh, go on then.

So we might sign somebody. You know the Holistic natue of Creation and all that.

No need to thank me. Just don't blame me if he's a donkey that wasn't even worth half a single Disco.

I had some of them a few months ago. They were ****ing horrible. Stale.

Don't think we will sign anyone significant. I'd be surprised. We have a big enough squad already.

By the way, i am watching a wonderful news programme on YouTube that was broadcast on the night of the no confidence vote in 1979, covering the vote and the outcome live.

    Wonderful stuff 😀

There was a really good play about the two chief whips and the months leading up to it, as a free stream when lockdown had just started and various cultural do-gooders were trying to help.

It was very good, in fairness, and had all the history right.

I don't think we'll sign anyone. I've been saying for months this is the first window I don't want anyone, I just want all our players fit.

However, seeing my first packet of cheese'n'onion Discos in literally decades might be an omen.

But Kai's officially fit, Ricky C's back this week and Triphop the one after.

Do you reckon AW's late-reign transfers would have been more successful if he'd offered Smith's Square crisps instead?

Just my way of using Cala to remember Monty's original name. He was Ricky G originally. Then flounced. Then came back 5 years later as Monty. IIRC.

I didn't think he ever flounced. Just left.

He wasn't human enough to flounce.

I'm sure he flounced a few times when he was back as Monty.
