Mrs WES and I had the champagne instead, and quite wonderful wasabi prawns.

Sadly we had to sit next to a very loud Geordie who spent the entire time telling everyone how much money he makes. Raffles is like this, I?m afraid.
    Brilliant

You can't take a Geordie anywhere, can you.

I was supposed to be in Singapore two weeks ago but had to pull out. A couple of colleagues went to Raffles and had a sling, and moaned about the price. So I wasn't guessing.

A long walk down the river to Clarke Quay is nice, past the Raffles landing place, and over that weird bridge that a scotsman built, past the Fullerton. There is also a Hooters down there

I?ve literally seen all of that Peter

Mrs WES refused to eat lunch in Hooters

The Hooters really doesn't 'meet the brief' , if you know what I mean

You've done Singapore, WES. You can relax now

Although there is the Zoo, I suppose.

Hello from Singapore BTW, I suppose a drink in Raffles is a must do?
You'd better rob something. Cutlery, a napkin, something from the bogs whatever. They can't call themselves Raffles and not expect gentleman thieves.
