He beat the aussies, in Australia, in a horribly bad tempered series where he really, really got under their skin. We can applaud him for that, if nothing else
I think I may actually dislike the Indian cricket team more than the Australian won, you know? It's a close contest but I think they edge it.

I think that is fair enough - but that's what a good rivalry is.

I love Bumrah though - what a bowler

A remarkable bowler, indeed. Have seen him live a few times and it never fails to amaze me how short his run up is!

I dislike their fans more than Aussies, that's for sure.

While I understand he sentiment, no! I could never dislike anyone more than the Aussies. Quite apart from anything else, they are cheats. And then there was the Bairstow stumping incident which, whilst not strictly cheating, is one of the worst things I have ever seen on a cricket pitch (apart from the batting of Phil Tufnell).

    Agree re Bumrah. Exceptional bowler.

I saw Kohli go for a golden duck to Jimmy at Trent Bridge almost four years ago now, the roar that went up was the most animal like I've ever experienced at cricket, fabulous. Set JA up for a hat-trick which sadly didn't happen.

Did you never see Alan Mullally bowl?

Saw him once at the Oval - hopefully at Edgbaston this summer

Yep - they are basically Liverpool fans without the charm. Or in fact Liverpool fans

You might not believe this, but in my first draft I put (apart from watching Alan Mullaly bowl). I swear to God
