Rice had both his arms around Mbappe, even if it was a dive. You have no right to complain if you put your arms around a player and then have a foul given against you. It's really f*cking stupid and quite difficult to put your arms around a player and not touch him.

Disagree, it was never a pen, embarrassing that he gave it in the 1st place. He doesn't hold him and Mbappe quite clearly throws himself to the floor
