    Can Ramsdale still play for England if he's in the Second Division?

    I know Kevin Keegan did it but ..
    "Plenty of strikers can score goals," he said, gesturing to the famous old stands casting shadows around us.

    "But a lot have found it difficult wearing the number 9 shirt for The Arsenal."

    Yes, of course. Thinking about it, plenty of players must have done it. It must be getting less common all the time though.

    Didn't know that. But I did come here to post Stevie Bull did. Thought I'd look all football knowledgeable for once but seems not.

    His debut was after they got promoted to Div 2 but technically still a Div 3 player. Brooking definitely played for England from Div 2. Wasn't that uncommon I think
