    Pathetic. Utterly pathetic.

But more importantly, a missed opportunity to turn around and chin Mourinho good and proper. If ever there was an opportunity to level that c*nt with relatively little resulting punishment, it was then.

I'm gutted he didn't lay Mourinho out
Right up there with Rivaldo at the corner flag. You wouldn?t see that sort of poncery on a rugby field etc etc

6'3". For some reason, I thought he was a fallback, but Wiki is saying he was a midfielder.

Maybe he played both positions, and that's why given his nickname, he signed a fullback called Manu 2 partner Paddy in midfield.

He won us the title in his first season. In my life, that elite group contains Spunky, Anders, Manu, Overmars, Sol and Mad Jens. I'm not counting Linighan, only those who really contributed to winning the title {so Wreh's cup heroics don't count.} But Grimster and Van Bronck both played over 20 league games.
    No, I wouldn't count Linighan either .

Although you might also point out Wenger didn?t win it in first season either - first full season. In which case you can throw on Dixon and Marwood too I think and Richard Wright deserves a shout.

Pretty sure Wenger was a Centre back as well
