Ah yes - was at that game with Kilburn Al - formerly of this parish. KA spent half time telling me how **** Zlatan was. He scored withing five minutes of the second half

Arsenal 1 Leeds 3 - only game I have ever walked out of in disgust (in injury time so not really early)

I wish they'd get 4th rate companies to sponsor the league cup again. Poundland, for example.

I remember that match, KA was correct for the 1st half, he was awful. I learnt a long time ago to not slag off players until the match is finished!

    Alex Manninger.

Never seen a goalkeeper completely drain of confidence, like he did at Anfield.

At least Almunia never looked confident.

Thinking about it, his signing is when we could see Arsene was starting to lose the plot. He wanted to buy Vardy for 20m but the coont said no.

So we thought Vardy only came good at 27. Perez is 27, and has had a great season after being crap for the rest of his career. And I can get him for 20 million. He must be the Spanish Vardy.

Gave him one EPL start. Did nothing. And that was that. Only used in the B team.

Given how frugal he used to be, it was a sign that he was losing it.
    That shirt again
"Plenty of strikers can score goals," he said, gesturing to the famous old stands casting shadows around us.

"But a lot have found it difficult wearing the number 9 shirt for The Arsenal."

Yep - absolutely: I will never let him forget it.

Not that I have seen him in ages though

A fine man is KA. I could forgive him most things.

Even looking exactly like Frank f*cking Lampard

I'm not sure he has aged as well - probably because he spent a lot of time drinking with me
