Did you see his comments after the game? I am not sure I have ever heard such paranoid, delusional, disrespectful comments from a footballer towards an entire opponent. Quite staggering and tells you all you need to know about that insufferable little prick. I cannot believe that nobody has chinned him yet.
It was pretty clear the City players agreed to come out and talk to the media about what cheating ****ers we are. And yes, it will work- the press will keep it alive and refs will be watching eagerly for their chance to 'clamp down on this sort of thing' from us. But for the rest of us it sends a very clear signal- we've got them seriously rattled. We've caught up with them, and they know it.
Utter ****ing ****ers.
Spot on. He is comfortably back in position, despite jogging back and, ironically, taking time to tell his team mates to focus
If you look at the position he takes up, he is well inside Martinelli, meaning the pass is always going to be on and the outcome is always going to be that he takes Martinelli back inside and the ball gets laid back to the edge of the box. The issue for them is first the amount of space they give Calafiori (which has nothing to do with Walker) and two the quality of the finish
If that was us, I'd be fuming but not at the ref.
"Plenty of strikers can score goals," he said, gesturing to the famous old stands casting shadows around us.
"But a lot have found it difficult wearing the number 9 shirt for The Arsenal."
****ing hilarious. Martinelli literally ran over and stood next to him. Not sure there was even a whiff of contact.
For the second goal, Walker is at fault again. Gabriel does him with a little shuffle but he is beaten far too easily. Really poor defending given it was the exact same routine as 5 minutes earlier.
With the refs- we'll see![]()
And the incident in the first few seconds. Rodri initiates that himself, walking straight in to Havertz's path, and then collapses. Pathetic.
He's the sort of guy that repeatedly gets you into a mass punch up in Sunday League. Privately, his own team mates breathe a sigh of relief when he's not playing![]()
