Never a penalty

Been a bugbear of mine for years, the foul after the shot not being given as a penalty. Anywhere else it's a foul. That said, that was at the very soft end of the scale as Kane kicked his blocking foot, rather than Dumfries taking him out.

Kane actually played the ball though; the other fellow was late, and didn't.
