impossible for Arsenal but here we are...
Ok c*nt *******s, I'll bite. First off all your Mum features heavily on skatlovers(dot)com.
Second of all, yes, today pretty much every team puts in a decent performance against us. Win or lose, we barely dominate a game let alone steamroll teams like we at least sometimes used to 10 years ago.
Thirdly, you're pretty much the only halfwit, dough chinned spastic that tries to defend this appalling Arteta side. It's truly an appalling side with no glimpse of something better being built. Wenger got better performances with CHAMAKH in the side.
You strike me as someone who potentially was an ardent Wenger out type. I say that because there are quite a few delusional mugs who just can't seem to cope with the fact that we have gotten worse since Wenger has gone.
This Arteta side, Retard, is missing its two best CBs, its best DM and both of its strikers. And Saka looks seriously out of form. You may have noticed that COVID seems to be running through the team. I would suggest we give him more than two games to pass judgement. You may also have noticed that we are buying younger players, because we can’t afford the sorts of players that Uncle Roman’s money allows you to buy. Younger players need time to bed in and mature. More time than two games.
And if you were watching you would have noticed that we got worse every year towards the end of Wenger’s tenure with the club. From 2nd to 6th in just a few years. That’s why he’s still unemployed as a manager, if you hadn’t noticed that, either.
When we got pasted under Wenger the players seemed to quit a little bit more as each goal went in. At least under Arteta they seem to play hard for him, there are no Ozils and Ramseys strolling around oblivious to their defensive responsibilities.
Let’s see where we are at the end of the season.
I don't dispute that we have got worse since Wenger went. But the fact he stayed anywhere between 6 and 9 years beyond his sell-by date means that we were in terminal decline when he eventually deigned to move on. Neither of the two managers who have followed him (especially this clown) were good enough, but much of where we are now must be laid at Wenger's door, and at the door of those who allowed him to stay because he was prepared to make excuses for the lack of investment and live on his past glories instead of recognising that he was yesterday's man.
I was Wenger out. I saw the trend and I didn't like it. However, I'll be damned if I just accept Arteta and Emery and their abysmal showings just because "at least it's not Wenger."
When Wenger went I was hoping we get a serious manager. Not some Europa League specialist and a complete novice who was Pep's cone man.
No doubt a downwards spiral was happening under Wenger, but it's been 3 seasons and 7 transfer windows since he's left. At some point we have to forget Wenger and realise we left with an absolute bunch of clowns in charge.
WES is a joke. Last season when we lost 3-1 to Liverpool it started a 12 game run of 2 wins, 2 draws & 8 losses. A whopping 8 points out of 36 available. It was our worst run of form I believe since either the 60s or 70s.
"But at least the players play hard for Arteta" Jeez, I absolutely can't with this brain dead fool.
