Reply With QuotePlace was f**ked in ****e neighbourhood got it with a mate who took out loans on it n spunked it. had 2 years renting to students taken to cab and council, they did a bunk and f**ked it more , sold it , lost about 8k all in all...go for it imoit had slugs in bathroom u could push your fingers thru damp walls and 1 bedroom had fireplace that when it rained or snowed if windy the room was blizzard / monsoon

I am considering trying to buy something but I am not sure where to start.
It's time to stop messing around and start making proper plans.
Seems I can only afford a 2 bedroom flat in the likes of Enfield
but even then the prices make me furious.
