    Chan's foul

I'm sorry but that's a Watched MotD yesterday and his studs are up and he clearly follows MLS's leg. Definitely makes sure he gets him.

Martin Samuel just wrote an article claiming it wasn't even a foul

I was mildly surprised VAR did not tell him to review it. Thought the ref was actually pretty good, barely noticed him in between my rants on how ****e we were.

TBF, we were so ****e that he'd have had to have had a complete howler to make that override quite how poor we were.

Why are we getting injuries in the same positions all the time? MnM has proved to be great cover for a CF, and in some ways he actually benefits our style of play. It's interesting that Easy's looked his best when playing with him, which is why I can't wait for Kai to be back.

If we need a goal, and have Easy and Odin behind B, Kai and Leo {or Gabby} then I really have faith in their ability to unpick the lock.

Also, given the injuries, if we're playing a weaker team at home, what about B at RB? Noni at RW. Could have MLS at LB, inverting but staying deeper to allow B to bomb forward, and Ethan to come on for Noni. Worth a try imo.

Were we really that bad. It felt like every other game we play except we didn't score or create much.

That's the thing with competence; it's also means predictability
"Plenty of strikers can score goals," he said, gesturing to the famous old stands casting shadows around us.

"But a lot have found it difficult wearing the number 9 shirt for The Arsenal."

You can say that again, red

No is actually the answer to your question, I suppose. It's all realtive. For 85 minutes we were in complete control and very good defensively (or at least as good as we needed to be). Their goal was the first shot on target.

But expectations are high when 1 plays 20 and 1 hasn't won the league in 21 years. And we expect to create chances and stick a few away. We got in many very good positions and then created nothing, time and time again.

So were we a 'shambles' or 'terrible' or 'pathetic' overall? No. But it still wasn't nearly good enough if we intend to be 1.
