    What about Mainoo in January.

After all, we do need to accept our current midfielders aren't getting any younger.

    He's a good player...but no.

United have ruined him. Would need rehabilitation so it is more of a summer signing.

We cant keep rescuing misunderstood players. Remember Havertz when he arrived? He looked like a wounded kitten. Took months to get him enjoying football again.

Exactly. Poor kid has really been through the mill at United. I thino we could turn him into a really good player. But not in January.

Also, not to be snobby, but he isnt Spanish. I would prefer to stick to Spaniards in midfield, if possible.

    DNA, and all that

He's from Stockport, which is more or less Spain.

Any chance, P; cheeky bid for young Kobbie? Rescue him from his Old Trafford hell?
