Yes. It's almost as if they don't realise that books and TV series are different things with different requirements. Plus, of course, most of them are too pig-ignorant to realise that the last two Martin books were rambling, badly-written and bloody awful and the show runners had to sift through an awful lot of shīt to emerge with a coherent narrative. Now, of course, the need to complete that narrative in a limited time means that corners are having to be cut.
And, of course, if these book nerds actually wanted Martin's narrative, there's only one person to blame for them not getting it and that's the fat, lazy, beard**** himself.
