Gab had placed to ball and was getting in the zone when the Sauerkraut scoffing Zyklon-monkey came over and ticked him off about something. He was basically bullying little Gabby to unnerve him. Without his intervention, Gab would have scored - I am convinced.

Coming off the line is only enforced if the player doesn't score. I've just watched all 3 missed penalties and paused them all at the moment the player kicks the ball. In each, the goalkeeper still has one foot on the line at that moment. There was no infringement.

Fair enough. I saw a video from behind the goal of the Eze penalty but it could have been misleading.
