    Other clubs never came into my thoughts once I knew Arsenal wanted to sign me.

    I know these things are always a tragedy, but when it is a guy like that, with that talent, money, and the kind of life he had ahead of him. It somehow seems even worse.

    Had a guy drop dead (well technically he had a pulse when taken to hospital but never regained consciousness) in front of me at work earlier this year. In his 40s.

    The lease company came to take his car away. I had to take the two child seats out the back of it to give to his missus.

    Your own mortality comes in to focus when those things happen
