I have read that it?s being delayed due to financial year end, with the club not wanting it on the books until July. PSR possibly.

I think it's lost in translation. He's meerly saying that resolving his future will take time (he's not going to say 'I'm off to The Arsenal' when he's on Spain duty, is he?
