And MnM has scored 4 goals in his last 7 games and had one saved on the line. I'm glad for him, cos I think the idea was to play him at inside left with Cala at LB, and try to get the best out of Gabby M like when he had a firing Zinny and GX.

Trying Kai at inside left with Dec at DM was the idea the season before - something I'd like to see next season with a top drawer striker.

So MA wants a big lump as an aerial outlet and duel winner there.

But Wigwam playing so well and Dec's ability to be both a DM and a scoring and assisting box-to-boxer means that we still haven't worked out our GX replacement 2 full seasons later, and MLS's emergence means we still haven't built the settled left side we had 2-3 years ago.
