Which Madrid do we fancy then? 1-0, Mbappe.
"Plenty of strikers can score goals," he said, gesturing to the famous old stands casting shadows around us.

"But a lot have found it difficult wearing the number 9 shirt for The Arsenal."

Well, we've got Real. First time I ever saw var rule out a goal in a penalty shot out.

They were fighting with each other on the pitch. We can beat these

I've watched the video several times and I don't see the double kick.

However, several Real Madrid players called it at the time. Gotta be something in that. Or indeed, they are massive, cheating ****s.

I can't see it. Feels like a dodgy call to me. And I think the rule is bull****. Seems overly harsh.

It?s the absence of any common sense that I find bewildering. Even if, there was a hairs breath contact, it presented no advantage. I?d argue that by slipping at the moment of contact favoured the keeper, if anything.
It?s like those ridiculous penalty awards, when a player has his back to goal with the direction of play towards the touch line and no conceivable chance of scoring a goal.

Right. At least let them retake it.

I think the law is fair enough

The kicker must not play the ball again until it has touched another player.

It is the ONLY interpretation of it - which is *******s; it wasn't deliberate, but there is no leeway. It has to be the only interpretation of that law.
