    King Don of Teflon escapes again.

    He just got lucky again, I guess

    It'll be interesting to see if everyone else involved "luckily" gets away with it too. Nota Bene: They won't.

    Well, if you can call getting elected President lucky, then yes

    It does give the impression that the President is somehow above the law although obviously, in certain senses, he is.

    Right. Simply asking for it, in my view.

    But, no; I was on about the not-going-to-prison bit. Fairplay to the Americans, the "without prejudice" part was proper ****housery. Everyone knows a president is not only above the law, he actually is the law. Just like a king would be.

    Exactly. You can't have threats of prosecution affecting their decision-making. Same for any pres, head of state etc.
