Now that he's playing regularly (and getting plenty of action!), Ramsdale has been dropped from the England squad!
Some of them are hilarious
Any ****ing idiot with half an eye can see how much work goes into the routines but lazy ******* pundits would rather sit there and whine about fouls on the keeper. Leicester put the work in and kept our guys away from their keeper, and it largely worked. Meant we were forced to win headers further out. They almost got away with it.
My Arsenal supporting colleague was telling me that Jamie O'Hara on talk****e was trying to say that all we did was put the ball in a good area and even though it was pointed out numerous times that most teams do that and it's so much more than just that, he was insistent that was all we did.
Tbf, I'd expect nothing more from him but even so.
It really is quite astonishing how little so many former players understand the game. I know what they say is tempered by the need to dumb down and play to the idiots but even so.... a guy with a good understanding of the game would come up with better wind ups.
Interesting that there is now talk of changing the rules to stop us scoring from corners
They are totally missing the point. Hindering the goalkeeper (which literally every team tries to do) is only one aspect of it and that alone doesn't create the goals. What we have really shown is how badly coached a lot of sides are in basics like defending set pieces.
