The problem with getting rid is that someone else has to want.

Sad to see ESR go. Will be sad to see Ramsdale leave too though possibly only on loan along the road from me at Forest.

I guess that's a sign of progress, isn't it? For too many seasons there we were glad to see players sod off!

Trying to think, which player were the Arsenal faithful most happy to see leave? Many seemed joyous when A. Cole (Cashley) left. Adebayor? Auba?

Having watched the friendly yesterday, I can't help but think we should have sold Vieira rather than ESR.

I’ve always felt Vieira lacks the physicality. Probably better technically but he’ll rarely get a start.
Still wondering what Arteta’s planning for midfield. A few players linked but I’m not getting the feeling that there’s a standout candidate. The Merino situation looks like it was mainly press hype.
Zubimendi used to be linked a while back but that looks to have shifted towards Liverpool.

I am not feeling over optimistic, Arteta is hyping Jesus and he looks good in pre season but I don't think we can rely on him.

Still time to add but I don't think we will do much more

Big season for Martinelli.......I'd still like to see him given a run up top.
