I have been given a rather nice and expensive hire car whilst mine is being fixed.
They are going to rinse my neighbours insurance.
I had a 3 series touring as a hire car in similar circumstances to yours, complete non-fault claim from me, all paid for by the other side's insurance. the agreement with Enterprise showed a rate of £265 + Vat for the hire car. My car was written off after about 4 days but I ended up with the car for about 3-4 weeks as I argued with them about the payout on my car. The guy said he had a duty to the other insurance company to not pay me out anymore that it needed to be in order to maintain costs. It was lost on him when I said we'd already spent more on the hire car for an extra week than I was asking them to pay out on my car.
I think Enterprise are sharks. They have given me a M340d. There really isn't the need for it, they played the old you don't want the garage's courtesy car trick multiple times on me so I said go on then. (you'll get a fiat 500 or a Corsa)
No wonder insurance so bloody expensive.
You can probably find it here somewhere
