If it had been a woman, she wouldn't have left a note or taken any responsibility. So yes, as he knows it was his neighbour I assumed gender

at least she let me know. Funny enough I usually park near them as they tend to be more respectful than some of the bangers in the road.

I have since been through a mixture of emotions.

Look at this way. It is a gigantic pain in the arse but it will get sorted. More importantly, it wasn't your fault, there was nothing you could have done to avoid it, and nothing you can do now to change it.

So what is there to worry about?

until it's all resolved I think it's gonna cost me.
I'd jump in front of a train but they are on strike today.

Maybe it's a good omen. Arsenal will win the league now

Best way to make yourself feel better is to go round and smash her car to pieces. Then knock on her door crying

I would not advise doing this though!

Parking on the street is never great.

Just think, if you moved further out, you could have a drive and a garage (attached or not) with your detached 4-bedroom house.

Maybe even a horseshoe drive. Decent chance of not getting stabbed. See the stars of an evening, that sort of thing.

I live on a very quiet close which has a car park. Definitely need a drive way
