    This US prisoner swap with Russia

    they get their no mark female basketball player and in return they let Russia have renowned arms dealer, Viktor Bout aka 'The Merchant of Death', seems like a fair trade........

    And yet they still have 10s of thousands locked up in us prisons for trafficking cannabis.
