Anyone remember when Oleg got sent off

    Champions league…Schalke away…dead rubber game.

Broke the guy’s jaw with 1 punch and got a 4 game ban.

Feel sorry for the poor Russian who gets cornered by him and the Klitchko brothers.

Abramovich brokering a peace deal, apparently. A plea to get get access to his money, I would suggest

He's a solid lad for certain. I wonder if Russia will send in Valuev - basically as shaved bear anyway

he should introduce a specialist in peace deals right at the last moment, that should do the trick.

I remember him. Haye beat him on points. Totally out-boxed him for 11 rounds and then went for the kill in the 12th.

Apparently, when Oleg first played internationally, it was for the USSR.

The Horse! Actually, we were told that was his nickname and were relishing a speedy RB bombing forward and creating havoc. The fact that it took him a good 15 seconds just to cross the halfway line made that nickname suspect. then it turned out that his Ukrainian nickname was mistranslated, the correct translation was The Moose! that's more like it.

I recall that he also chastised his former Dynamo Kiev mate Sergei Rebrov's transfer to Spurs, saying that he should have gone to a bigger, better club. Hahaha

there is also the totally unsourced story that I choose to believe. He came to London to work out for both Spurs and Arsenal for a potential move. When he told the taxi driver what he was doing, at the time going to Spurs first, the cabby told him he was mad to even consider Spurs and instead took him to Arsenal first. He signed that day and never went to Spurs!

Watched that in the Boston Arms - was a superb fight by Haye. Always admire him for that

He was absolutely brilliant for that Kiev side though - still one of the best sides I have ever seen.

That was the first time I realised I could stream boxing as well as football.

I watched all the Benn, Eubank, Watson fights but once they went onto Sky, and if I wasn't abroad, I'd be in a squat, I never got to see Collins or Calzage box. Were they as good as they say?

Saw this the other day….lol Collins calling out Jones for dodging him then Eubank jumps in about him dodging Calzaghe…proper instigator.
