I had to turn it off at half time. Utterly unwatchable.

No joke. I saw the line up and decided not to watch full stop. Just would rather check the scores on BBC website and save me the torture. We're so so so bad. 😢

We spend all that money and the team's gone backwards.

We should have got rid of Xhaka but we give him a new contract because Roma wouldn't pay enough. And look what happened. We're stuck with him now. We've gone downhill since he arrived and replaced Coq. And while it was the main position to fix this summer, we didn't.

He gave contracts to Mari and Cedric while driving out Torreira, Gwendo and Ozil.

He won't give Saliba a chance despite us spending £28m on him. Just like he hates Pépé. Pépé could be good. Look at that strike in the cup final that was just a fraction offside. But no. First he wastes £40m on wages for Willian. Then when that doesn't work, once we start winning with ESR at no.10, he signs MO on loan so he can move ESR wide and drop Pépé.

He hasn't got a clue. Kronky doesn't care about the club. He wanted the ESL so we could prop up the table while he pocketed millions each year. That didn't work so he'll just let us die.

We really could get relegated. MA can't organise a defence. Or a MF. And only has one attacking ploy that doesn't work with all creativity driven out. It's over.

Sadly I’m not sure Conte will want this mess.

Might as well get Fat Sam in now…maybe Sol23?

He pulled off one of the greatest relegation escapes when he kept Macclesfield up a couple season back so clearly knows how to speak to players, communicate his instructions clearly and organise a defence.

Most of them didnt play and most of them arent meant to come in and fix everything instantly - we've finally made signings that make sense over medium- to long term.

Who gave contract to Mari & Cedric?

We were right to get rid of LT, Guendouzi and Özil. They're no players to build around, unfortunately.

There's no chance whatsoever we get relegated unless we keep having 5-7 players injured throughout the whole season AND Auba decide to be poor for another 10 months.

We'll get better with Ramsdale, Ben White, Gabriel and Partey.
And we wont play Chelsea & Man City every single week, believe it or not.

MA gave the contracts to those muppets, Mari and Cedric.

Gwendo and Saliba did very well for Marseilles at the weekend, apparently. While Xhaka, who we wanted gone, was sent off and the back 3 had 5 put passed them.

We wanted an upgrade on Xhaka, but when Roma only offered 10 mil, we give him another contract while we paid Ozil to leave, and Mustafi, to get them off the books.

I'm sorry, but sticking with Xhaka because no-one else thinks he's worth 20 mil is idiotic. So we have 4 right backs, none of whom are any good. Still have Kola on the books, where loaning him out last year may well have cost us the Eufa Cup.

28 mil on Saliba but forced out playing Mari et al instead. 72 mil on Pépé and yet he signs Willian and then MO to move ESR wide, despite Pépé looking good towards the end of last season. Gwendo and Torreira forced out, and Ozil. He has no experience of managing a team. The players haven't got a clue. We can't do the basics of defending and he's destroyed all creativity we have.

Xhaka failed for Arsène, Unai and yet MA gives him a new contract because he wanted an extra 10 mil, despite wasting 40 mil on Willian's wages.

Auba's got malaria, Laca can't play as a lone no.9, we sell Willock who could have been useful off the bench for a late goal. Saka will be off. Kwonkee has destroyed the club and he doesn't care. He wanted to create a European franchise system, where like his American clubs, his team could prop up the table while he just banked the cash.

    We're finished.

You seem to think 100% of squad management is down to Arteta, I dont agree with that point of view. You keep blaming him for squad management decisions made when he was just Head Coach, when he didnt have any of those responsibilities.

He wasnt the manager when we signed Mari & Cedric. And he's not responsible for covid's affect on the european market either, which is part of reason we havent been able to sell some players (Edu's job).

Or what's been Raul's and Edu's responsibilities during their time at the club you reckon?
Watch whilst Emery & Arteta work on exactly all of what Arsene used to be responsible of?

Even if Arteta recommended these decisions, is it Edu's (and previously Raul's) job to just be agreeable and say Yes to everything? They're the most responsible for what we have the squad (along with 5-8 years of bad scouting and bad squad building during last years of Wenger).

Arsenal are an absolute mess at the moment and has been for some time and its really disapointing how the Arsenal community find it so difficult to unpack whats actually been going on the last few years.

If the structure (of DoF & ownership) above the manager keeps being as bad as its been in recent years, we'll keep blaming the managers for many more years to come.

Yes it’s been an utter shambles for many years.

Gazidis made the decision to decentralise all of Arsene’s responsibilities but this has been a disaster with Sven and Raul leaving and Edu making blunders like selling Martinez for the Iceland guy, David Luiz and Willian.

And there’s been a ridiculous amount of course corrections with the type of players we sign and the way the team should play.

Are we signing young players for the future or old players for experience? How about you just make signings that we need now like Bissouna and Max Aarons.

Then there’s the whole Ozil situation…I saw at the start of the summer we made our final payment to him…15m Euro. Lord.

The manager can’t be blamed for this but he doesn’t help himself….

Why does he still want to build a team around Xhaka?
Why hasn’t he demanded a right back?
How on earth could he think Kolasinac would be perfect on the left hand side of 3 when you have Tierney in the team.
Why are the players still running like headless chickens with no idea of what they’re doing?

I think when you strip away everything you see a manager slowly losing the plot and looking out of his depth…and things may get worse.

On current form all of next opponents will be thinking 3 points.

Heard someone today say Norwich would be happy for a draw…lol I think they’ll come for the 3 points.

Maybe the best thing that could happen is for Kronke FC to get relegated. Hopefully then they whole structure is corrected.
