If you interviewed a potential manager and they said their ambition was to

    • lead you to your lowest league position for 25 years
    • allow teams that haven't won at your ground for 40+ years to do the double over you
    • play absolutely dire football

you wouldn't, in a million years, employ them.

So why stick with a manager that delivers the above?

If he hasn't gone by Monday, as you say, we are finnish.

Gets knocked out the FA Cup by Southampton, loses 13 league matches with 4 still to play.

I wouldn't even give him the reamining league games at this point.

I don't dislike the guy but he's clueless and quite arrogant. I think the Kroenke's assumed he was some sort of club legend and we'd give him an easy time.

Never rated him when he was playing for us, his best days were at Everton

    He was a panic buy.

He was the type of player you saw at other clubs who looked great on match of the day.
I also used to think the same of Baines.

The club has zero leadership or direction.

Too many mistakes and it’s filtered down to performances on the pitch.

Like how did a lowly accountant become so powerful he nearly started a super league? Ie India finance guy.

They complained Wenger had too much power but fark me this one takes the biscuit.

    -

I don’t understand Edu’s role...I mean top marks for Martinelli and Mari was a decent signing but Luiz? Willian? And no attempt to fix the right back slot? We haven’t had a right back for like 4 seasons now.

The Martinez sale appears to be one of the worst we’ve made...

The centre half situation is truly comical.

Gabriel and Mari are probably are best choices but they can’t play together because they’re both left footed.

And you can’t bring Saliba back because you have Holding whose right footed.

When did a position like this get so technical?

    -

Arteta winning the FA Cup was pretty much our equivalent of Di Matteo winning the CL for Chelsea...then getting sacked.

Said before..if he somehow stays he needs a no2.

Ek is probably our best option because he’ll clear all the wastemen out.

    First signing - Gunnersaurus
