Truth is he was the cheap choice. And yes whilst we do have a lot of **** players he picks the likes of Bellerin and Xhaka every game.
Where as others have no chance, And possible decent youngsters he's messed up with Guendouzi and Saliba, And for some reason plays Eddie as much as he can.
He's in a difficult spot. He wants to play a certain way but he lacks the players to do so. There are no Xavis or Iniestas, not to mention De Bruynes or Silvas at the Arsenal, sadly. And until he signed Gabriel and Tierney there weren't many defenders of any note, either.
Giving up on him now seems pretty stupid. Was it that long ago he won the FA Cup and won away at Old Trafford for the first time in many years?
