This is the mate in Delhi who lives on the streets that we've been raising money for so he can make a fire and cook food every night for some of the other homeless cycle rickshaw-wallahs.

Him and Mukhesh cooked us aloo jeera in Kerala once, and it's by far the nicest Indian food I've ever eaten. Here he takes you through how you make it, with all the spices etc.

Herbs said we should turn him into a celebrity chef so we are. We've raised over two grand in total via various places.
