It may have been on on Monday evenings. I associate it with one of the depressing evenings which had Crossroads and Coronation Street.
I'll look it up. I always associate the closing music of The Sweeney with Sunday nights, bedtime and end of the weekend. School the next day, basically the worst part of the week. I'll bet none of that's correctOh you should watch it, you'll love it.

The only time I went to the pictures with both my parents was to see the movie of the Sweeney. I was too young and had to lie to the fella at the ticket desk.I'll look it up.
