    I am currently having lentil and sweet potato curried soup, which means that by 4pm

    today, my large intestine is going to be making noises like a dog that wants to be let out.

    I keep having to cough to cover the noise.

    We're ROR today so I've decided to take my sons out for a beer and a 'bab.
