One a week, ISTR. I think the ad probably said that the money could be spent on hospitals, not would be. After all, it was an vote on in/out the EU, not levels of NHS spending.

Anyone who suggested it is also mental*. It was the only way to get the stupid to vote leave. They probably wouldn't have voted and it would probably have been a comfortable win for Remain.
*By mental, I mean scheming and a bit of a liar. Probably not really mental at all.
