    I'm not allowed to get into MY aeroplane and fly it in MY country's airspace on Sunda

    because some foul Yanqui needs all of England's airspace to launch his ridiculous, ancient, creaking, polluting noisy first generation jet to take him home. Can US pilots not fly an accurate heading, for ****'s sake? Why must we all suffer for the inadequacies of American pilot training, and how dare our mewling limp-wristed half-dicked overlords give in and GROUND ME FOR THE SAKE OF SOME ****ING COLONIAL?

    I sense your anger but for us non-plane people the whole scenario probably needs further detail.

    For example you say this person needs "all of England's airspace". Are you suggesting no amateur plane enthusiast from Cumbria to Cornwall is allowed to fly?

    Could you not just steam ahead and say you didn't understand the message. To be quite frank I suspect the person that sent it was drunk. Good chance it is a prank.

    Perhaps you could do one of those tricks and write LOL with your vapour trail?
