    Where did your bus cross the river? On the Woolwich ferry? Unless it was a single-decker bus, or there is also a Bromley-by Bow SOTR? After all, both East and South have places called Plaistow near places called Bromley. Funny, that.

    It was a single decker. Actually it was the bus that took me to the bus stop whence I caught the bus to school. It was a 108B.

    How bizarre! I got it from the Rochester Way at Kidbrooke, then got off at Shooter's Hill Road, whence it headed off through the pipe. Then I got a 192 from Shooter's Hill Road to Belmont Hill, Lewisham.

    Here's the route map for the 192, but look at the top left corner, by the arrow pointing towards the Blackwall Tunnel, it says 108B!
