The calory count number is obviously ridicules.

I assume this is moving time and moving speed as well? How long were your rest stops?

  4. #4

the heart rate one is closer to calories imo and that time is including most rest stops except

for about 15 mins when plugged in power bar charger n had a scotch egg n red bull as finished at 15.50, started 7.31 time 8hours 4 min so call it 8 hours 20 inc rest stops..plus just crusing ..it was very useful tho as on way out i went route i thought id take on challenge, across wantage etc but hilly n ****ty..will be A4 all the way when in england imo much easier and quicker

amount of vert around 3400 feet fits pretty much profile for the long ride too

as shuld be total 8 - 10,000 feet..so all in all happy with today imo

Not sure geeza. I have an Edge 800 and the navigation features are supposed to be good, but

in fact they are crap. Like some of our players.

I'd be careful with this one:
"On paper this looks like a good product and in terms of following a pre-programmed route it is. Where it falls down is in using it's built-in navigation features. It will try and route you along A roads, it will refuse to route you across some roundabouts or under motorways, it's basically a lottery. Garmin also seems to have abandoned this product, it hasn't had any updates for ages despite nearly everyone who owns one experiencing the same problems which you'd think would be easy to fix."

    nice pain.

i found myself getting a tad sexist and racist tbh

women and asian taxi drivers..dont really get the bit of space thing just behind me thrugh maidenhead after a roundabout right behind me a car slammed into side of a range rover..made me jump as was 20 meters behind me, I slowed for the RR as could see he was fiddling with radio / phone as he came speeding up to roundabout from road on my left..i expected him to pull out in front of me but he just stopped.. made me think of monty
