caches, defragmented, stopped unwanted stuff from loading. No viruses accoording to AVB. Any suggestions?

Also, you seem to be using a former chelsea and porto manager as an anti virus scanner. Dont use AVG though, aparently it's utter ****e.

me years back. New laptop had some anti-virus that used every bit of CPU power it could get it mits on. Just nuked the f**ker.
