    Spurs, who are onto their tenth manager since Wenger arrived, almost certain to finish out of the top 4.

    It's not only that though. Gerrard has had a big drop off this season and their second

    best player from last season (Sturridge) has only started 7 games in the league this time around.

    Liverpool’s flirtation with top 4 last season was simply that.

    A very good season with the added bonus of (possibly) the best player in the League elevating them to new heights. I don’t think many people expected them to repeat it.

    The status quo has been re-created and will be so for many a season I expect.

    Rogers has talked ot this seaso having been a "rebuilding job"

    I don't know the ins and outs of their squad movement, but surely that is a bizarre statement?
