just the legs and wings. This leaves me with two enormous breasts for dinner.

What shall I do with them to make them taste of something?

I realised I wasn't going to get spaghetti on the side, but just putting a breaded veal cutlet on my plate accompanied by nothing more than a lemon wedge and some green beans was very distressing.

I did a wonderful Vongole on Saturday just wonderful

Yes, I went a couple of years ago. Perfectly good, traditional Italian fare.

I've eaten there years ago. Had veal Milanese.

Went a few years back. It's one of Conrans old stable of restaurants, with his blueprint all over it

Its a formal work lunch for a very rich bloke. Sounds about right.
