    so how does one fail to be 'switched on' as a Pro and in a NLD ?

    his defence doesn't really do early kick offs does it?

    The early starts are not for Per. It takes hours to get his rusty 'tin man' legs moving properly

    Better to leave him at the stadium the day before, and soak him in an oil bath overnight.
