    That said, I've totally warmed to Keane now and don't view him as so much of a psychopath as just your average man of Cork.

    He's more a member of my extended family, basically.

    Actually, from some of the excerpts I've encountered from his biography, he appears to be

    every bit the deeply unpleasant, rather stupid pikey cont that I always believed him to be.
