    We're in the same boat- trying to raise a deposit so can buy. Property values here remind me of

    values in Ireland in the 80's. Same ****e ads on TV about getting on the property ladder before values increase more

    All is good, my little girl is almost 16 months now, developing her own little......

    Personality, still sleeping crazy hours, but really active when she is awake, hope all is good with you
