The Mirror are suggesting that Louis van Gaal is angling for the Arsenal job if Wenger leaves

We could do a lot worse as a stop-gap for two or three years until someone like Klopp or Pep is available.

People forget his vital role at Bayern a few years back which ended in tears, but...

Van Gaal (and Andries Jonker our new youth director) were the ones that identified a new generation of talent in the youth set-up at Bayern and insisted that they should be immediately promoted to the first-team squad.

That put a lot of noses out of joint among the established names, but they worked intensively with these select few youth names and developed them into the players they are today - names like Müller, Kroos, Badstuber, Alaba etc.

They all owe a debt to Van Gaal and Jonker who brought them through while winning the Double, restucturing the squad by weeding out the dead wood and setting things up nicely for Heynckes and then Pep.

'Van oldie' is two years younger than Wenger and only coaches so...

    in berlin in 2015

man united won league cup in 2006 and led to english football domination

monkey of our back now. we can go on trophy glut run like we did when we won cup in 2002.

no point replacing great man with someone hardly

younger. we should go for someone in 2017 who younger and a top manager like a klopp

for now enjoy great years of glory with the professor starting with may 17th and fa cup final glory

    hehe

Can't wait for some new blood to take the reigns and take Arsenal to the next level.
Power and pace football and with proper strategies and will build a proper squad to challenge for all the major honours...

And a team that won't need to rely on penalty shoot-outs to beat Championship level opposition....

    Good night....
