    In what sense? It's a loan agreement between two clubs.

    It's an agreement designed to exercise a form of sporting control through financial means against a

    rival (indeed against all other participants) through financial means.

    Yeah but it was only put in there because UEFA rules are not the same as the domestic ones

    where the parent club can stop the player from playing against them. That's why the clause is there. If the rules were the same as the domestic ones there'd be no issue.

    Do you whinge about this **** when one of our loaned out players in years gone by were not allowed to play against us?
